Real Estate Development: Valor Capital

Valor Capital is a luxury real estate development company based in Clearwater, Florida, specializing in high-end residential communities and development projects. As the Marketing & Promotions Manager, I lead the company's marketing efforts across both digital and print channels, helping bring developments to market and strengthen brand awareness through strategic, visually compelling communications.

My role combines graphic design, branding, social media management, event marketing, and content creation. I develop a wide range of marketing assets, including brochures, sales materials, advertisements, signage, presentations, email campaigns, promotional collateral, social media content, and branded event materials. Working closely with leadership and sales teams, I ensure that every touchpoint reflects the quality and positioning of the company's developments.

In addition to graphic design and brand management, I oversee the planning and promotion of events that support project launches, community engagement, and business development efforts. This includes creating event branding, coordinating promotional materials, managing marketing logistics, and developing content before, during, and after events.

I also produce and edit video content that showcases developments, highlights company initiatives, and supports digital marketing campaigns. Through a combination of design, storytelling, and strategic marketing, I help communicate the value of each project while maintaining a consistent and elevated brand presence.

This role has allowed me to manage a diverse range of creative projects while balancing business objectives, tight deadlines, and evolving marketing needs. It has strengthened my ability to build cohesive brand experiences across multiple channels and create marketing materials that support both sales and long-term brand growth.
